By visiting this site the chances are that you are thinking of starting a business. We are here to help you.

The Start a Business Programme is FREE, is available right across Northern Ireland and provides a package of support to anyone interested in starting a business. To find out more about how we can help you and to get more information about the Programme, click on one of the menu items on the left side of the screen.

If you are interested in starting a business we will put you in touch immediately with one of our accredited business advisors. They will be happy to meet with you on a one-to-one, confidential basis and tell you how we can help you to bring forward your idea.

Our business advisors are located in Enterprise Agencies in each district council area of Northern Ireland. Just complete the short Enquiry Form and it will be e-mailed direct to the agency closest to you.

The Start a Business Programme is an excellent course, providing all the
necessary information needed to start your own business. Not only does it
explain the day to day issues involved in running a business but also the hidden
aspects and legalities often not considered. The tutors and a number of guest
speakers bring the theory of the course to life with many of them offering
guidance on pre-opening necessities as well as continuing to offer their time
and expertise once the course is finished. This programme has provided me with
the knowledge, support and encouragement I need to start my own business and I
would therefore highly recommend the SABp to anyone contemplating starting their
